DAVID BACA

OWNER & CEO

David Baca is a veteran of the New Mexico construction industry, bringing a wealth of expertise that dates back to 1994. As a GB98 licensed contractor, David has shaped the landscapes of Albuquerque and Santa Fe, having built over 100 custom homes and managed a vast portfolio of commercial construction and remodeling projects. While roofing and mechanical work were always part of his general construction background, David’s vision for specialized excellence led him to establish a dedicated roofing division in 2015, followed by the expansion into HVAC in 2022. His decades of "ground-up" building experience give him a unique advantage in understanding how every component of a structure works together to withstand the Southwestern climate.

At the heart of David’s leadership is a deep commitment to his team and his community. He takes immense pride in providing meaningful employment and feels incredibly fortunate to have a high-caliber staff in place that shares his vision. David is passionate about instilling a core value system within himself and every employee, ensuring that integrity, craftsmanship, and accountability are the foundation of every job Enchanted Roofing and Mechanical performs. For David, success isn't just measured by the buildings he creates, but by the culture of excellence and the professional family he has built over the years.

Outside of his professional life, David is a devoted family man and a proud father of two sons, Alex and Connor. He finds his greatest relaxation at his small ranch in Northern New Mexico, where he and his wife, Dominique, spend their free time hiking and fishing. This connection to the local land and his long-standing roots in the community continue to drive his passion for protecting New Mexico homes and businesses with quality and care.

With an impressive 37 years in the HVAC industry, Ron Tapia is a cornerstone of the Enchanted Mechanical team. As a seasoned Journeyman, Ron has seen the industry evolve, giving him an encyclopedic knowledge of heating and cooling systems.

What keeps Ron passionate after nearly four decades? The element of surprise. He loves HVAC because no two days are ever the same. He thrives on the fact that he never knows exactly what challenge he’ll encounter when he opens a unit. Ron is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and takes great pride in representing a company that shares his commitment to quality and integrity.

With almost a decade of experience in HVAC, A.J. brings a wealth of technical expertise and precision to every job. As a lead technician at Enchanted Mechanical, A.J. specializes in complex problem solving, turning system failures into seamless solutions.

Christopher Nielsen serves as the organizational heartbeat of Enchanted Roofing & HVAC. Since joining the team in 2023, Christopher has utilized his proficiency in customer relations and administrative efficiency to ensure that every project runs smoothly from the first phone call to the final inspection. He is the primary point of contact for our clients, dedicated to providing clear communication and a seamless experience. For Christopher, the true motivation lies in the power of teamwork; he thrives on aligning the efforts of our office staff and field crews to achieve the company’s mission of excellence.

Christopher’s commitment to precision and harmony extends far beyond the office walls. He has been a dedicated student and performer of music for over 15 years, a discipline that has instilled in him a unique sense of timing, rhythm, and attention to detail. At Enchanted Roofing, Christopher’s goal is to ensure that our operations are as finely tuned as the instruments he plays, providing our customers and team members with a world-class experience.

Dominique Baca, co-owner and accounting manager of Enchanted Roofing LLC and Enchanted Mechanical LLC. With over 20 years of experience in the heavy equipment and construction industries, She’s had the privilege of witnessing our city's growth and evolution, and is thrilled to contribute to that journey.

Her passion for accounting spans nearly three decades, and she truly loves what she does. Working alongside her husband daily not only enriches their professional lives but also strengthens their partnership-something she wouldn't trade for anything in the world. Her eight years of experience as a realtor have given her a newfound appreciation for the intricate worlds of roofing and mechanical services, enhancing her ability to serve our clients effectively.

Family is her cornerstone. She’s incredibly proud to be the mom of two amazing adult sons, Aubrey and Dylan, who bring boundless joy to her life. When they’re not immersed in work, she and her husband enjoy unwinding at their ranch in beautiful northern New Mexico, where they share adventures with their loyal blue heeler, Harley.
